I have Parkinson’s and sometimes lose my balance and end up falling on the floor. I know when I press my Help Call button they always answer within seconds and get the help I need right away. A few weeks ago I fell and hurt my left leg. Help Call arranged immediate help from the Paramedics who helped me up so I wasn’t on the floor in pain.
For me, I could not do without Help Call. My kids are very happy and it gives them full peace of mind knowing I can get help right away. The Help Call Staff are excellent and always concerned and efficient getting the help I need right away.
