Help Call PERS – Living At Home Safely

(Personal Emergency Response Services)

Help Call is a Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) that enables you to access help both in and around your home whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All you need to do is provide us with key information, such as a brief medical history along with a prioritized list of contacts whom we should call in case of an emergency. Your privacy is fully guaranteed and the information you supply will only be used by our Monitoring Centre Operators to access relevant data when you call for help.  We then arrange a convenient date and time to set up the Help Call system in your home.  Our Team fully explains how the easy to use system works, we have you do a test call with us so you know how it works and we do a full range test so you know how far you can go outside your home when you are alone and still be fully protected if you need help.
