Help Call is there for me whenever I need help.  I just press my Help Button and within seconds I hear a Help Call Worker speak to me over the Unit.  They reassure me that help is on it’s way and my Daughter is always notified.  I praise Help Call at every opportunity and would never consider being without it!  It provides a feeling of security and comfort.
